This fixture has a good price point and an even light output from the fixture lens. The light color selection is a great feature too. However, I had problems with the mounting of the fixture to the electrical box plate that came with the fixture. The tabs that are to grab the receivers when "twisted" were not open enough for the receiver to engage the mounting plate. I had to pry them up for engagement, watch out they're sharp too. After a day or so I noticed the lens was hanging down. Upon investigation I found the screws holding the backing plate to the lens had broke, allowing the lens to hang. I'll try and silicone the lens to the backing plate for a fix. Overall the fixture looks good and provides good even lighting. However I will not reorder if the need arises. ... show more

    • VERY bright, difficult to install
24W LED is equivalent to 100W incandescent, but this light seems to be even brighter than that. It is not a warm colored light, it does not make things look yellow. I would not use this in bedrooms, living or dining rooms or kitchen. I considered it a good light for workshops. My house is from the 1940's. Multiple tries of connecting the fixture base to the plaster did not work. Removing the existing flat bar that crosses the ceiling box, I was able to connect to the ceiling box with the original screws. ... show more

    • Bright but can be a challenge to install
This light is very bright and seems to respond well to a dimmer control. It is very thin which is good, but installation can be a challenge since the light mounts to a ceiling bracket with three twist spring clips which leaves very little room for wires and wire nuts. If you can't secure the wire nuts and most of the excess wire above the ceiling mount bracket you'll never get this properly mounted. ... show more

The instillation process was easy and light works great! Only issue is that the black rim is starting to detach from the back of the panel because the screws and attachment seem to be broken. Which means I will have to purchase different panels, which is really upsetting!

I have looked for quite a while to find the right low profile ceiling mount light. The installation is a breeze, you need just a few screws to mount the bracket and then just twist the lights up What is best about the light is the 3 color settings with dimming capability down to 5%. You can see from the pictures. I was more hoping to get the white bezel type but it isn't available but guess the dark one isnt bad either. I use the light with Lutron Caseta dimmer. i have used a few before where there is some buzzing sound but this one is nothing like that. Why is 5% important? because it is just like night light when you have it on at that low light. I installed this for my bathroom so it's as bright as you want it to be and dim at night. Pair it with a motion sensor and everything is perfect. I installed this in 10 minutes. Oh and the price is really good as well, under $25. ... show more
