I just finished up 17 straight days worth of HMR. Yes, initially I was skeptical of what it would taste like, whether it was just flavored mush in a box or something heavily salted down to fool you. ..My purpose was to spend the time dropping a bit of weight and simply challenging my self to stick to it. Lifestyle change. These meals are very good and made it easy to do that.. 200-240 calories depending on the entrée. Excellent variety. The flavor was great and not loaded up with salt and nonsense spices to fool your taste buds. The ingredients were as advertised on the box and not smothered in gravy type stuff. Its well done throughout and clearly well worth cost which was reasonable. The big bonus is that it takes a quick minute and a half to zap it and be ready to eat. The box says 1 minute. I added another 20-30 seconds because some of the meals were only warm but not real hot. I'd do it all again with these same meals if I had to. ... show more

I was surprised how good these taste. They are great for dieting in my truck. It's a bit expensive and lose a star for that but still cheaper and easier on my body than $14 for fast food. My favorite so far is the chicken Alfredo. pan fried until a bit toasty, it's super good. Mac and cheese was a little disappointing. Their white sauce are better than the cheeses. The cheeses are weird. Everything so far is good. Will probably order these for a really long time. Even when im done dieting.......haha. done dieting. ... show more

These do not taste good. But they are not tasteless. There is an aftertaste that is not delightful. I wanted to try these and was hoping there would be some meals that had some redeeming qualities. Tiny quantity. I'd be better off buying cans of low sodium soup.

I really like the strews, but the quality and how filling they leave you aren't equal across on them. To add insult to injury for these high price ready meals, they put a tax on this product. I live in an area that is tax free on groceries, food, and items with nutrient labels. Love the justice in making sure you pay taxes where you live even if the area you get it from is cheaper, but does it work the other way? Apparently not with this seller. Super odd, and Amazon has refunded tax money on food products before so I know it's possible. Seems just like another way to collect some additional money off these already very expensive kits. ... show more

Well, the meals look delicious. I have only tried one so far, it was the Potatoes with Sausage gravy. This was awful, had a funky flavor which I believe is the meat like product they called sausage, it would have been far better if it was just the potato and gravy. Anyway this review will be on going as I continue with each meal. Anyway I definitely will not buying this particular meal, we'll see about the rest. ... show more
