This is really good Gluten Free Mac & Cheese. Almost like the gluten version. I have these at work as a backup meal. I was going to knock a star because it’s not an exact one-to-one swap for the wheat version, but that’s not far nothing can pass that test. Fast and easy to make, add water, microwave, stir in the cheese. If you have celiac this worth trying! Just not much out there to eat once wheat is removed from your diet.
