...hopefully a pope and young! We use them as pack holders for deer hunting. Threads bite and it seats deeply before too much resistance. Holds a roughly 20lb backpack without issue.

These are inexpensive & screw into a tree easily (no starter hole needed) but they are bend too easily under load. I’m not sure I would trust hanging a weapon or loaded pack on one of these, but they are OK for optics or calls.

I use these to hang my bow when I stop walking. I’m a stalk and hunt guy. When I find a place I want to stand or sit for a while I screw a couple into a tree to hang my bow and quiver. I have left several in the trees as I gather my things and move to the next place. The bend of the hanger on the end is a nice feature as they keep my bow from slipping off if I don’t screw them in at the proper angle. The coating works well for silencing mistakes hitting the cam when getting ready for a shot. I should be able to make it through several hunting seasons before I have to purchase again, but I will when needed. ... show more

Broke 2 trying to remove them from the tree and were very flimsy. Bought because they were a multi pack for a good price. The brown HME hooks are a little more but far better quality
