I’m an out of shape, 50-something woman who was pretty skeptical about being able to put this canopy up but myself. But low and behold, I can!!! Ok, but can I take it down by myself and get it back into the handy rolling bag??? Well, yes I can!!! Thank you for making me feel like I can do anything! This canopy seems pretty sturdy. But I haven’t put it into action yet, I just wanted to make sure I could put it up by myself. As other reviews state, you’ll need to fill the sand bags up. But you will need to anchor it, which I’ll try to figure that out on another day. So far this gets my glowing review! I have a vendor event at the end of the month and will update the review then. But the feeling of accomplishment made this a great purchase so far! ... show more

so far so good. it is better off with the sand bags hanging on the poles instead of the weights at the bottom of the poles. it was fine with light wind and rain. Since there are a lot of reviews about these typea of canopy not strong enough to withstand heavy rain and gusty wind, I am not planning to leave it up for a long time but only when I need it. easy to assemble and disassemble. great find. ... show more

Leg bent and broke on first use from a gust of wind. Was at a festival and no other tents seemed to bend or break. Really disappointed in the amount of money spent on 1 use. Update: customer service made it right by sending another, but haven't had a chance to test it out yet.

I purchased this in hopes that my husband would be able to put this up by himself. This has been a God send not having to rely on me with only having one good arm at the moment. It takes him about 5 min to get it up and down.

This tent is really nice looking. The directions for setup were awful, but once we figured out on our own how to open and close the tent we were good to go. The sandbags were empty, which makes sense, but just an FYI. So these are all the positives. The negative is that it's not entirely waterproof. Which, I understand it might not be, but don't be surprised if you put it up in a downpour and it leaks. Overall I would recommend this tent with the caveat that it could possibly leak. ... show more

I was skeptical about getting a tent because I thought it would be hard to set up. Surprisingly it was very easy, even though 2 people are needed; at least it was my case. I've owned others of these and helped friends set up lots more. This one goes up now easily than most and it's very sturdy. It is NOT a one person job but you'll be very happy once it is up. The multiple heights feature is valuable and the tie-downs work well.

So far we are happy with it. Got it for camping, good sturdy item. This item's overall weight was important to me. The frame is heavier thanmost and takes both of us to open. Not difficult! Just easier with 2 people. Like the heavier cover as well. Velcro straps attach to frame with nice slope for rain run off. Still be cautious around corners not to rip or tear when setting up.
