This is the best chair ever. I am so satisfied. My first chair was delivered to the wrong address by the driver's irresponsible behavior and the neighbor kept my chair. Whoever it was. I even tried knocking on their door and no answer. Now I see why they did not want to release my chair. I actually slept in my chair. It's that comfortable. Good quality chair but very very poor and fast forward instruction plus the screws were all packed together without any labels.It took me and hour or so and im still not sure if input evrything fine.As you can see in the pictire the metal piece that attached the top and bottom part of chair i dont know which wat i shoudl have put it.Im clueless i will check how the seating feels and will try to change it in next few days.And the plastic piecs that covers here and there like the bottom rod and the wheels bottom there is no mention in instruction on where and when to put on these so i missed it as i cudnt go bck to the point to add it so i cut those parts and trued putting them back to cover.Overall if instructions were more clear this chair is 10/10!! ... show more

The chair is uncomfortable, and it lays back too far with out even pulling the lever to lean back. I did build it correctly btw. If you want to sit up straight you’ll have no back support because the chair is already leaned back far. Wouldn’t recommend it to no one .

The media could not be loaded. ****UPDATE**** After posting this review i was contacted by the company and received a replacement! Thank you! I purchased this chair back in February and it was perfect and comfortable UNTIL june. I work from home so i needed something comfortable since im sitting at a computer all day . One day as im on a call the arm rest broke off and i fell while hitting myself on my desk , i only had the chair for what 4 months or a little less than that. Mind you im only 160lbs so the only thing ive done was push myself up to get get readjusted or to get up but not even that i dont put all my weight on it when getting up. I reached out to Amazon for a replacement but was told i had to take apart the chair and return before i can get a refund so, I decided to reach out directly to the manufacturer because why should i have to go through all the trouble when it was not my fault but the quality of the chair. Ive emailed the manufacturer 3 times and have not received a response not even a im sorry you hurt yourself on our chair NOTHING. The chair lack quality and the customer support is non existent! So now i have to wait till a weekend im free to unassemble the chair and find a box big enough to go somewhere to return it , wait for a refundg so i can purchase a new one and still have to wait until i receive a new chair its unbelievable. ... show more
