The chair is incredible! Very easy to assemble and very comfortable. All of the parts feel durable and high quality. The only reason I couldn't do five stars is because all of the screws don't stay tight so the chair doesn't stay rigid. The arms say to not fully tighten the screws (I think; the instructions WERE a little unclear about that) but the back rest is the part that I have problems with. The screws lose their grip and the back rest becomes free to move side to side. I only noticed when I walked up to it the other day and saw the back rest was a little slanted. This isn't a deal breaker for me, the chair had all of the features I wanted (height raise and lower, and locking tilt) and feels like it will last a long time. The cushions are nice and firm so if you're looking for a plush chair, this isn't the one for you. It's still very comfortable to sit in for a long time. If they ever fix the screws not holding, this would be an easy 5 stars for me. ... show more
