Just letting you guys know it is super heavy! I had to get two people to carry it just through the front door but would recommend opening it and taking out a few parts to move into the room if you don’t have help. All the prices are conveniently behind the headboard with a Velcro seal to keep them together super smart. It was very easy to put together anyone can do it but does take a at least two hours doing it by yourself especially so be sure to put some time aside. But directions are no prob to follow just has a lot of pieces. That’s the only thing kinda negative to say. I used my mattress and boxspring and put the headboard on the highest spot to accommodate both. Very sturdy too. Great buy!! Thanks ... show more

This bed is everything is says it it. It is beautiful, well made, and easy to put together. They call it Grey but it's more of a deep blue as pictured. Stunning. Velvet all around. The back of the headboard is velcro and arrives w/ all of the parts neatly packed in the headboard. Genius packing design. The only negative I can say is about delivery. It arrived when stated, however Fedex decided to leave it 8 feet from the road leaning up against the fence in front of house instead of coming down the driveway to the garage in rear of property to my in-law apartment above the detached garage in back (as clearly written on the delivery instructions). They could have left it at the bottom of the stairs. They are a delivery company and I'm sure he even had a hand cart to wheel in back if he didn't want to drive. Instead I had to drag the box that I could hardly manage on the 100 degree day, but with torrential rain imminent and no body to assist I managed. The bruises on my arms tell the story!! Disgusted w/ FedEx. Back to the product: if you've ever dragged a heavy box for about 1/10 of mile across pavement you know the damage the corner of the box will take. This was packed so well in the box! I stopped several times not only to check on the box but also to breath. A+++ for the product!!! Shame on FedEx for being lazy and not caring. Cost the Drive a $25 tip to take an extra 2 minutes out of his day. Why do we put delivery instructions if they are going to be ignored? ... show more
