I have had this wall clock for almost four months. It's as accurate as my quartz watch, losing less than a minute over this period. The face is modern, and the time is easy to read. The sweep second hand gives it a high " coolness " factor. A sleight downside is that it must use a carbon-zinc battery instead of a longer-lasting alkaline battery. I had to replace the c-z battery yesterday after almost 4 months of use. It only takes a couple of minutes to replace the battery and reset the clock. Our previous wall clock used an alkaline battery which lasted about a year, so maintaining this clock is slightly more work. The tradeoff is that c-z batteries are significantly cheaper than alkalines. For this clock I bought Eveready super heavy duty AA batteries four for a dollar. ... show more
