****** Update to my original review ****** I've raised my rating due to the follow up by customer service. Customer service was very helpful and corrected the issue in a very quick manner. The product is much better than I thought it would be, given its price point, and has proven to be very high quality and sturdy. I'm very impressed and have had multiple positive comments from guests in my home. ----------------- original review ---------- Items arrived earlier than expected (great). Nice design and very easy to assemble, when everything is as it should be. Mine were NOT! Of the 6 chairs that I received, 5 of them had misaligned holes that I had to wrestle with for over 2 hours to get them in line and one chair had one hole that was shaped like a square with a round screw that just did not work. Very poor quality control but a nice design and materials. Chair is very sturdy once put together and is solid in looks and appearance. Materials used are good quality. The only problem is the quality control. I'm waiting to hear back from the seller to see if they make an adjustment or should I return the items... ... show more

well made , looks great , comfortable but took longer to assemble then expected. Some chairs fit perfectly others needed to be hammered into place , but eventually all went together.

Tip for putting together… if you are putting the back and seat together and the holes aren’t lining up, stick the Allen wrench in the holes and pull to align the pieces. I had an issue and the seller responded right away or within 24 hrs depending on what time of the day it was that I messaged them. Great seller great chairs. Definitely sturdy ... show more

I received the 6 chairs I ordered . The chairs were defective. I ordered white chairs, there was discoloration on the chairs where the base of the chair gets connected to the back / top portion of the chair. The discoloration appeared brownish orange , the metal bar on top of one of the chairs was damaged / discolored with a black mark that would not rub off and one of the seat cushions had a defect in the material. The seller is unresponsive and has offered no resolution to my concerns. All potential buyers beware, as the chairs look nice online, however the product you actually receive has subpar quality . If you attempt to return the chairs the seller will make you pay for shipping cost which is very expensive. The seller is not cooperative when dealing with product quality issues. I requested a replacement chair be sent to me and a prepaid return label to send back the defective product, the seller has ignored my requests. ... show more

Love the chairs. I was also happy when I saw you only have to put 4 screws on each chair to put it together, but when you try to put the screws on your only able to put them on one side of the chair. The other side where the screws go the holes aren’t visible.
