I said well, but not great. However, I’m Not sure yet. I will definitely try if I have more pain and a migraine to see if it works or if my husband has a migraine I will tell him to try these. He already drinks feverfew tea, so I’m curious to see how the other ingredients help out. I did have soreness in my neck and upper back that heat and icy hot and stretching didn’t help. So I opened this up(I was saving it if nothing else worked or I didn’t want to table Tylenol later in the day or at night) and it seemed to make me giddy at first, I sleeps good and today I have no pain or soreness. I have taken up to 30 or more ibuprofen a month for my headaches so I’ve tried many natural therapies, including massage tools, teas, herbs, etc. None of them have helped much. I decided to give Hilma tension a shot and so far it has helped enough that I haven’t had to take ibuprofen as much.
