Once you buy it you are on your own. When I received it the battery box was missing a screw. I contacted customer service they told me it would be easier if I tried to find one locally than have them ship it. Then I noticed the battery charger got extremely hot when charging the battery. I contacted them and they told me there were not any in stock and had no idea when they would be available. The computer and the battery do not show the proper charge information and I ran out of juice during a ride. So i inquired to see if I could get a spare battery and they advised me that they do not stock or sell parts and did not offer any advise where I could find one. Believe me i will never purchase another item without doing my homework again. I highly recommend staying away from Hiland Bikes. Bob W ... show more
