Nice bike, love the look. Built it pretty easily. Tools are included which is nice. I changed the seat and added a phone holder. I had one problem with the bike, when I built it the chain tensioner was to close to the spokes. When I flipped it upside right it didn’t seem to be a problem. I was wrong. While riding the wheel spokes took the chain tensioner and broke it. Cost me only $75 to fix but $75 on a brand new bike that I paid over $335 is crazy. It is what it is. The media could not be loaded. My experience with the **HH Hiland 26 Inch Mountain Bike** has been incredibly disappointing, primarily due to a critical manufacturing defect. The front fork's misaligned tab, which is responsible for holding the brake caliper and its adjustment bracket, is welded in the wrong spot. This flaw renders the brake caliper beyond the scope of adjustment and unfixable without resorting to custom fabrication, which is both costly and impractical. **Pros**: - The bike's appearance is sleek and modern. **Cons**: - Critical manufacturing defect in the front fork - Inaccessible customer service for warranty or repair inquiries through amazon - Poor QC **Conclusion**: I advise caution when considering the purchase of a **HH Hiland Mountain Bike**. The inability to contact the seller or manufacturer for a replacement part has left me with no choice but to initiate a return. Ensure you assemble and test your bike immediately upon receipt to avoid similar issues. If the return process does not proceed smoothly, I will update this review accordingly. ... show more

I got this bike so I can go on rides with my kiddos, I got the bike. It was easy to assemble took my about 20 minutes to put together. I was sad the seat could be a little more padded. And I had to order a water bottle holder to go with it. It was nice the holes where already in place for that. I love the color, it reminds me of my old bike when I was a kid. But my biggest complaint is there was no kick stand, had to buy that separately. Took it out for a 5 mile ride, it was great no issues so far. ... show more

UPDATE: Switched to three stars (from two) only because of excellent customer service. Seller refunded me entire cost of repairs from bike shop due to manufacturing defect/low part quality. Original review still otherwise applies for the bike itself. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Gave this to my daughter for her birthday, and it’s her favorite color and she loves riding it. But the handbrake just snapped in half during regular use, very disappointing. Buyer beware. Also, it was hard to assemble and I had to take it to a bike shop as the wheel was horribly out of true. ... show more
