Features

  • EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL RICH IN POLYPHENOLS > Excellent Olive Oil rich in Polyphenols (325.1mg/kg). Extremely Low Acidity (0.27%), 100% Koroneiki Variety.
  • "EARLY HARVEST" DESCRIPTION > The selection and harvesting of the fruits (olives) to extract what will be "Early Harvest" Olive Oil are its main differentiating factor, since these two processes are carried out at the beginning of October, when the Olives present an initial stage of maturation (green color). We know that the harvest date in Greece is from October to December of each year.
  • POLYPHENOLS > Polyphenols are a group of chemical compounds that are present in most foods of plant origin, such as Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Certified). Polyphenols are antioxidants with multiple benefits for our health. For this reason, the bitter and pungent taste are considered positive characteristics: they are, in fact, the acid test of the presence of polyphenols in Olive Oil.
  • NATURAL SUPERFOOD > Use Manamu Early Harvest Olive Oil to fully appreciate all the natural properties of Oleocanthal and Polyphenol. Try a tablespoon daily, drizzle it on your fresh salad, or dip it into your favorite bread.
  • LIMITED EDITION HARVEST > The quality and availability of this type of Olive Oil is very scarce and exclusive, as data, 8 or 10 kilos of fruit (Olives) are required to extract a liter of "Early Harvest" Olive Oil. An olive tree usually yields 20 to 25 kilos of average olives, therefore, we are talking about extracting 2 or 3 liters (6 bottles of 500 mL) of "Early Harvest" olive oil from each olive tree.
  • PREMIUM BOX INCLUDED IDEAL FOR A GIFT> Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil Rich in Polyphenols is preserved in a Premium Box with a Gift magnet. Give your loved ones tradition, quality and elegance with our Manamu Early Harvest Olive Oil.

  • A little better than the normal stuff
I wasn't entirely sure what to do with this stuff, so I decided to make spaghetti aglio e olio. I've had that a billion times, so I know exactly how it tastes with run of the mill extra virgin olive oil. Well, I could definitely tell something was different here. It wasn't dramatic, but the whole dish tasted....maybe peppery? It felt like there was an extra flavor in there. It also seemed like it was a bit less acidic. So, it did make my typical pasta a little better. I also made some crusty bread and dipped it in this. It definitely has a more peppery flavor profile than cheap olive oil. You could say it tastes fresh. If you are used to something like Bertolli, this will be a little better. If you have been using the cheapest stuff you can find, well, this will be a lot better. Some of that cheap stuff actually tastes rancid when you get it. ... show more

  • Overpriced but great taste!
This stuff tastes great and works well! We have cooked numerous things with it and even drizzle it on avocado toast. It is more expensive but means its the real stuff which I appreciate. The bottle is easy to drizzle out of and use. Not a bad buy if you are in the market for it.

  • It's probably a superb oil, but the listing is lying!
The listing states that this stuff is only $0.10, as in ten cents, per ounce - WRONG! $48.95 divided by 16.9 Oz = $2.90 @ Oz. However, I\'m sure it's an honest mistake, but one that should be corrected ASAP!
