Great shower head! Good pressure, wide surface area, much better than the old landlord special we got when we moved into our new house. It’s aesthetically pleasing to look at, and easy to use. The turn dials to change the output are smooth, which was a gripe with my last shower head. The media could not be loaded. I travel for work and stay at hotels a lot and saw something like this and wanted to have rain shower head in my bathroom. I saw this in Amazon and read good reviews and gave it a try. Delivery was fast. I was going to install myself even though I’m not handywoman but I was intimidated when I looked at the product and guide. I found someone’s YouTube video how to install and that helped me. It took only 15-20minutes to install and so far no leak. I’m very happy with the looks and results. I’m excited to take shower and feel luxury hotel vibe. A comparable unit to this at any box hardware store is more than double the price, I expected very little from this. In the box the first thing I noticed was several extra seals, and gaskets, including seals for the joints, extra seals and screens for the joints, preassure and efficiency reduces for those who have erratic water preassure or are just very water use conscious,extra tips for the rain fall shower jets and enough tape to do five showers. The rainfall head and all connections are of decent quality metal, but that stops at the handheld head which is a very light plastic. The function an the hand held is decent, all the settings are fairly nice as well even with our lack luster water preassure, I personally prefer an handle with a bit more heft to it and a setting with a bit more kick to it, but over all it is is right in the middle of the pack for anything you can purchase at a box store. The hand held holder is nice, it has a renter friendly sticker back to it with the option to put screws in as well, it is again plastic and holds it from the hose connection which allows for replacing the handheld with any standard connection hand held if it breaks or you don't like it. The hand helt holder also allows for the handle to be vertical or tilted to about 6 different angles and is far better than the typical cheap plastic holder off of the shower arm that almost always breaks then just looks stupid. Over all the only other ding I have is the rainfall arm could be a bit longer, in the small stall shower it struggles to get to the middle and in our tub shower it is too far forward for my liking. All in all if there was a half star option I would give this a 4.5 as long as it holds up over time, as of now after a month of use it's doing very well. ... show more

We love this shower head! Recently purchased this and installed this showerhead to replace one that was made by a well known brand. This was much less expensive but initial impressions are that it is well made from quality materials. The one it replaced was mostly plastic but this is predominately made of metal. Performance is first rate. The only drawback so far is that there is no way to turn off the whole unit (or place in a low flow mode) to conserve a little water while working up a lather. Other than that it produces a great rainfall effect as well as having a very functional hand held secondary head with enough hose to reach all the nooks and crannies! This shower head is a best buy! This shower looks great, is easy to install, and is incredibly relaxing. The best I've ever taken. A few things set this apart from competitors: the hand shower hose length is long and can be hung low. You normally pay much more for this functionality. My spouse is shorter and the hand shower is really easy to access. The shower does NOT need to be drilled into the tile, and it's stable. This also helps if you want a replacement without permanently altering your home. The rain shower is not on a single straight rod, but has the curved design. This makes it easier to adjust without changing the horizontal placement too much. The hand shower has multiple settings. This in itself also sets this apart. Overall this is the best choice at this price point for any shower. You will pay 3x as much for these features from a mainstream brand like Kohler, and the other inexpensive Chinese brands lack some of these features. ... show more

    • Works Great Even With Lower Water Pressure

Love this shower head set! We have fairly low water pressure so I was worried it wouldn’t work well but it’s great. We didn’t use any of the diverters that came with it. Easy to install. The handheld head also has good pressure even when you turn it on while the rain shower is running.
