My son moved into his first home and it's over 100 years old. Just in the first month he had leaking pipes, all of the toilets were leaking and the inside mechanism needed to be replaced, and he had to install a metal bracket for a large screen TV. I have a second place at the beach and a workshop at my home in Nashville. So I wanted a tool kit that would be perfect for the beach house. This is it. What i like is that every tool has its place and there is an adapter for my drill to use the sockets! If you are a DIY this is the kit for you. The hacksaw is perfect (although I have yet to use it) with a set of additional blades. My garage at home is impeccable with stainless steel cabinetry and a wood working dual vice bench. I am comfortable with electrical fixes, small plumbing jobs and have rewired my kitchen including installing a cooktop. That said I know when it is time to hire a professional.
