My wife and I bought this product for our grandson for Christmas. He rode it 3 to 4 times and immediately had problems with the transmission not going into reverse and neutral. All the seller would tell me is that it is not under warranty and they will not help us out. I told the seller if he would cover shipping I would buy another brand new one from him and pay for the cost of the repair of the one that broke down. He still refused to help. Take your business somewhere else where a company that sells a product will stand behind it at least for longer than your grandson riding it three to four times. ... show more
