This was my first electric bike. It really exceeded my expectations because I wasn't expecting the range to be so good. The assembly was a breeze, but would most likely need two people to do it because of it's weight. There are multiple electric pedaling assist or full on electric, those were all fun to use. When I had some pricing issue, HeyBike representative responded right away and corrected the issue and even went above and beyond to help make this an even better bike for me. Lastly, there are a lot of accessories for this bike. Considering how large the battery is, it charges extremely fast. The one downside (not really) is that the bike is heavy (78 lbs with battery). I wanted to be safe so I ended up buying a Hollywood Racks hitch mount, which is rare at 80lbs per bike. Another thing I'd recommend doing is to remove the battery (it just slides out when the bike is folded) and that would make it easier to lift and store the bike and safe for the mount to handle. The best bike I've ever had. In the movies and photos when I watched it, I was afraid that it would be small, but in reality it is quite large, which made me very happy. The build quality is perfect, nothing to complain about. More than a year ago I had a very serious accident on a snowboard, I had a damaged spine and a partial rupture of the spinal cord, I love to ride bikes and after this accident I am still very weak that's why I decided to get an e-bike and I will tell you it rides great when I'm tired I start the engine and enjoy ride. Very easy to assemble!!! Easy to use, great app!!! I recommend to everyone !!!! The only problem is that when I drive it in the park, everyone looks at me and asks where I bought it. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I used to drive to work, but I changed my mind since moving to Florida. I wanted to get more sunshine and decided to get an electric bike instead of a car. As someone who has never owned an electric bike before, I was excited to try out this Folding Electric Bike for my daily commute, and the results have been great. I am enjoying riding it every day now. The bike is very user-friendly. The control panel is easy to use, and the bike comes with clear instructions on how to assemble and operate it. The bike is made of a unibody magnesium alloy, and the high-quality construction not only makes it lightweight but also sturdy and durable. The bike is powered by a 750W motor, and it is quite powerful and easily allows me to reach speeds up to 28MPH, which is perfect for me to get to work on time. I sometimes also cruise around at 15MPH on the weekends, and the bike runs smoothly on both speeds. It has multiple levels of pedal assist, and I can choose how much I want to rely on the motor. The battery on this bike is removable and can last a long time. I have never had trouble with low battery during the day. I like to plan ahead, so I always charge it at night to make sure I have a fully charged battery every morning. The 4A fast charger can quickly charge the battery in case of emergency need. This bike has 20'' fat tires and provides a smooth ride, even on uneven and bumpy roads. The dual suspension system further adds to the comfort level, making my ride to work quick and safe. The hydraulic brake system on this bike is one of the greatest things about it, in my opinion. It provides safety and precision while braking, which is especially important for me who need to deal with city traffic. I don't have to worry about traffic jams or finding a parking spot anymore, and because it's foldable, I can easily fold it and carry it with me. The attention to detail on this bike is evident. I LOVE this bike. that said there are a few things to nit pick but please do not let these detract from my 5 star rating. there are 5 power levels to select, the jump from 1 to 2 is a bit too large and the jump from level 4 to 5 seems like there is no difference. After buying they said they were gonna send me an accessory for free which was cool. I was missing a fender and they say that's on the way for free too. assembly: holy cow I'm not paying over 150 bucks just for someone who is "qualified" to use a wrench weight: I am a large man at 6 foot 4 inches weighing in at 290 on average and different heybike sources suggest the load capacity is either 330 or 400 the rear suspension is nice but does click when i go over a big bump. overall it holds me well, i rod around my town for 3 hours or so within 0-3 power levels which is all i need i dont need to go fast, and when i was done running errands, i was still at 86% power battery. so overall i love it i just need a little pedal assistance and im happy. probably over kill for what i needed, but i am still a happy customer having and overflow of power. love it love it love it. lol so does my roommate. ... show more

I have to say my last experience wasn’t great with the HeyBike company. But, this last purchase of the HeyBike Tyson has been excellent. The bike is so much fun and I love riding it! If you are on the edge of getting the Tyson, go for it. Also, so far the HeyBike team has been very responsive with following up on the purchase. Hey, everyone. I got my bike a few days ago. It is 100% satisfaction. Easy to put together, looks ridgid and tuff. Very soft ride, amazing speed up...65m/h in 3 sec ;) just kidding. Don't know how fast will it get to a 65m/h, but it is fast!!! Haven't tested the app yet though! Also, must mantion that HEYBIKE has sent me a free saddlebag....as a compliment....it is nice move.
