Hi if you’re looking for an E-bike that delivers the HEYBIKE Ranger S is your Ride. My HEYBIKE Ranger S in Sand color with Olive Green Saddle Bags is a head turner. Purchased on Prime Day was a great EBike value. I put my HEYBIKE together by myself self without any issues, all tools needed are included, instructions were easy to use, and my HEYBIKE was neatly packed and had no damage. Charged the battery while I was assembling, so we were ready to go when assemble was completed. Ready for my first exciting ride, didn’t get far when my neighbor had to see my new E-Bike. He fell in love with my HEYBIKE too. He loved the military look with the fat tires and rugged frame. He couldn’t believe that my HEYBIKE was foldable and could fit in the trunk of a car. With a full charge I can go about 55 miles using Pedal Assist mode and top speed is 28 miles per hour. The information “computer” is very useful and visible in full sun and evening light, includes battery capacity, speed, gear, and more. HEYBIKE has tremendous stopping with hydraulic brakes both tires. HEYBIKE includes front and rear fenders with headlight, taillight, and turn signals. This is one of a very few EBikes that you can sync up with your phone. A few of those features include the ability to set up my HEYBIKE to my preferences and to lock up my HEYBIKE Ranger S. I’m really impressed with the speed and handling of my HEYBIKE. My HEYBIKE has great fit and finish. My EBike turns heads whether we’re on a trail or pavement. It’s really COOL!     • Awesome E-Bike for commuting to work and fun!

The media could not be loaded. I did my research and the Heybike Ranger S E-Bike lives up to the reviews. My amateur video (sorry) shows the bike and how it fits in the back of my small car. I thought I would just use the bike for fun, but instead I am using it for my daily commute to work too. I get there faster than by car and using Google Maps on your phone will show you a safe route to take just for bikes. The bike is made incredibly well. This thing is solid and so easy to put together. I particularly picked this bike because it had the back light and blinkers (which many do not have). It is also much lighter than I expected. The tires are large -- which makes me feel more stable. The suspension can handle rough roads. I have a sub-SUV -- not a very big car, but I can actually fold the bike by myself and put it in the back of my car. The battery life has never been a problem, even when riding a lot of hilly terrain. I tend to get 35 to 40 miles per charge. With gas prices so high - this E-Bike not only saves me a fortune in gas -- but is just fun to ride. It can go fast and has kind of been life changing on how I look at transportation. The back can hold anything you want. Just strap it down. There are also so may cool 3rd party accessories that you hook on to the bike. Definitely get your self a good chain lock. I added an alarm to mine too. The battery comes out with a key and I charge it every other night usually. It charges in 3-4 hours. Well worth the price. I saw local stores selling E-Bikes for 2x the price and that don't compare. Take the leap! Get an E-Bike, but buy one from a company you can trust. Their support is great. ... show more

1 - it was shipped with front brake hydraulic line twisted to the extend of braking it. I contacted support, they promised to send me replacement part but never did. 2-I contacted few months later and the same thing happened again - "sorry our fault, yes we are shipping you replacement part”... nothing happens after that. They do not sent replacement they do not refund they are just being polite. Hydraulic line still looks unsafe but still holding pressure 3-front fork is garbage, adjustment does nothing, you can’t pump air into it. it just bumps through “to the bones” 4-rear tire popped out twice out of the rim after small bump 5-after 6 months main display got fried - it had very hot spot on the surface as if there was a short inside. it got dark and bike stopped working completely. it is 100% dead right now 6-I wrote this review and they sent me a asking if I would accept a full refund which I accepted but very much the same as before they backed up and started new round of questions what is wrong, “we applied $200 for repair” I have no idea what it means but I haven’t seen any refund money. I haven’t seen any replacement parts sent to me I only see fake politeness and no action. 7-and btw it takes them more than 24hrs to write a response which never results in anything, they are just dragging time ... show more

    • Great bike but dont get saddle bags!
Great electric bikes (I bought two). Both easily fold up into my Toyota 4Runner with lots of room to spare. Very comfortable seat and ride with lots of power and logevity of battery. Highly recommend! The bike front and back tail light won't shut off sometimes after I ride it ...when it gets dark in the garage (its light sensative) ..even when power to bike is off (screen is off). I have no idea what the problem is but its Frustrating that it keeps happening. Probably bad software programming issue that needs to get fixed via software update. Do not get the Saddle bags in my opinion ... as they dont fit well around sides of each tires. I wish I could send them back they are so bad ~ These two issues do not affect my rating of the bikes itself. Seperate issues entirely from actual bike performance. ... show more
