This is our second Heybike Cityscape Electric Bike for Adults with 350W Motor Peak 500W. Decided it was time to start keeping up with my wife. She's an avid walker and cyclist. I'll never be capable of doing those six to twelve walks she does, but these bikes even the field in the cycling world. Things I like about the Heybike Cityscape: 1) Simple assembly 2) Great customer support - Mine made a slight clicking noise. The company covered taking it to a local shop for adjustments 3) The unit includes easy pedal-assist forward motion, with a throttle backup for when I'm too worn to continue pedaling 4) It's a light-weight unit with a sturdy frame - I typically remove the battery before loading onto our rack 5) Great speed and assist even on hills 6) Supports long trips. Going 15 to 24 miles is not unusual for our outings. 7) Long battery life. My one complaint: 1) The seat is too small, but I remedied for $22 by upgrading to a custom fit seat. ... show more

OMG I'm so happy with this bike! I did a ton of research and considered buying a more expensive bike with a bigger motor and battery, but it's perfect for me! I'm 57, and 240 lbs (106 kg), 6'1" (187 cm) man. I bought the bike because I had a knee surgery and can't pedal as hard as I used to, but I still want to pedal my bike. This is a quality bike, I was expecting a somewhat shoddy product but it's a very nicely crafted bike with tons of useful features. It works flawlessly, it seems very durable. I've only put about 100 miles (150 kms) in it, so far no sign of rattles and squeaks at all. The battery charging is easy and reasonably quick. For me the battery lasts well over 20 miles. I haven't completely drained the battery but I have used it up to about 16 miles and the battery was still half charged. I typically only use the lowest assist setting so it lasts longer. The assist is great when I pedal uphill, in Colorado I have to do that pretty often, and it gives me the right amount of boost to pedal up steep hills. The power is plenty for a bigger guy like me, I don't miss more power or a bigger battery. The bike is very comfortable, easy to get on or off. The seat and handlebar adjust multiple ways and I was able to find a great position. The seat and grips are soft and very comfortable. I can ride an hour with no soreness at all, either in my back, my bottom or my hands. Big plus: I don't have to bend me knees too sharp while pedaling. The breaks are excellent, the dual disk brakes work vey well. I had to adjust the front break the first time as it was rubbing against the disk, I found a video on YouTube about how to do it, it was a 5 minute job to do and now it's perfect. Assembly was easy. The bike was mostly assembled - quality assembly, no lose stuff. It was well packaged, easy to get out of the box and work on. The tools were ok, I used my own tools on most parts but they had usable tools in the package. I accessorized it a bit, I added a phone holder, a rear view mirror and a basket on the rear rack. Now I can make runs to the store and grab a few items I need in the middle of the week. And, feel like a kid again! ... show more

I got one of these bikes from my son for Christmas, and we just got the same one (different color) for my husband. It is amazing and just want I wanted. It isn't super powerful, but allows me to take enjoyable bike rides (30 miles approx. per charge) without the worry of getting up the hills. Has a throttle that you can use if you don't want to peddle. Max speed I have been is 19 MPH so if you are looking for major power, this isn't your bike. If you are looking for an affordable, well built bike, that you can get around town on, and take some long bike rides, this is your bike. ... show more

I initially had a problem getting it started but it landed up being a “user” problem. I have been enjoying the ride and still am peddling and getting the exercise but the motor does help when going up hills. “Cassie” from customer service was very responsive when I initially reached out.

I have now had this bike almost a year. It is the best! I am sooo happy with our purchase. We bought 3 and absolutely love them. First off my 14 year old put together all 3 by herself. The Heybike is not only a nice looking bike it runs and rides very comfortable. When you go over bumps or curbs it has great shock absorbers and allows for long, fun bike rides. The seat it came with is comfortable, but for me at my age and after cancer my bones and muscles need more softness, so I added a larger memory foam seat and was able to customize bike to my beachcruiser style. The motor goes fast and lasts a very long time. We take to our beach trails that go on gravel and concrete and handles beautifully. Ee have ridden over 17 miles and still have tons of battery. The speed control screen allows you to add extra speed levels and customize the speed you want. We did 5 levels and like a slow 5mph on level1 so when we ride around pedestrians , 2 is 10mph, 3 is 14, 4 is 17 and 5 is 20. I think you can even add up to7. The customer service at Heybike is Fantastic! 👌 They have answered all our questions, and helped every question we had. You will be very happy with Heybike purchase. They even paid me back for a chain adjustment I needed. They truly wanted to help. I feel this is a very great price for value and quality plus they are there for any help you may need. Love my Heybike! I have been looking to purchase an EBike for over a year and being my first EBike I didn't know where to begin. Let me say if you are feeling the same way this bike will not disappoint you. Assemby was easy, watched you tube video on how to assemble the bike. I have been out twice so far, each ride was close to 20 miles and battery was still 3/4 charged. Battery life will depend on how you ride with it. I do still pedal, assist for hills and when I get tired. Seller is responsive to any concerns. I had a minor issue with the front fender and and sent a replacement right out. ... show more
