It has been about 2 months dince we started using this bounce house, and the experience has been positive so far! My 23 month-old adores it! The quality is impressive, and setting it up is a breeze. It weighs around 140 pounds, so having two to three people to handle it is advisable. One aspect that raises concerns is the safety when water is involved with the bounce house. The surface becomes quite slippery during jumping activities, which may not be the safest combination. However, I have found a solution by filling the pool section separately and opting not to utilize the water feature it comes with. ... show more

This is exactly as advertised! My husband, myself and my 3 year old are able to jump around to our hearts content! The slide is AWESOME! We haven’t tried it with any water yet since it’s autumn where we are right now, but it looks like it’s going to be so much fun for summer too!

The colors are nice and bright. The quality seems good. Not the same thickness as the jumpers you rent, but it's good enough for our kids and neighbors to enjoy. We've had 10 kids jumping at the same time with no issues. My husband and I also jump in there with no issues. Having the pool it's a nice addition since it provides extra space for kids to hang out. I purchased this bouncer through Amazon but am dealing with hero kiddo customer service. I found two holes in the bouncer outside of my Amazon return window. So still covered under hero kiddo warranty. Once they found out what my issue was they have been avoiding my calls. I sent a message saying I would go to the BBB and within 10 mins a manager called me. Said he would call me back the next day and he never did. So at this point I was have to say the customer service sucks and this would not be rental quality like advertised. ... show more

The bounce house is great. Only issue was with the blower. Where the cord meets the blower has broken. after a couple yses. I had to fix. Manufacturer refused to replace

We will do about anything for our grandkids, however, there is always a budget/value consideration. Over the years we have gone through four $400 bounce houses/ slides: this should have been the first. It is bigger than the $400-$500 residential use units, and a 180 lb adult can get in and play with the kids (although the slide was a little soft for my weight). I have never been able to do this with any other residential unit. The wet or dry option is also great - the other wet slide inflatables will not operate dry = buying two units. The netting over the top makes it feel like an enclosed "fort" and the kids will just hang out when not actively playing. The basketball hoop is also a focal point. At ~150 pounds, it is much easier to move and set up/retract with two people, but it comes out for special weekends and, with 2 people is not any more difficult to set up or take down than a lesser unit with one person.
