Update: the seller reached out to me and wanted to remedy the problem. They didn’t want anything in exchange, just to make customers happy. I’m still confused as to how the product came this way to begin with, but it’s such a great bath salt that I’ll still keep buying (and gifting) it. The smell is lightly, warmly, floral and so relaxing. It and the milk bath make my baths so luxurious. Initial Review:The product came without the white top seal, just the top screwed on. So no safety or preservation seal. Also wasn’t filled to the top. I ordered 4 (teacher appreciation gift) and there were varying amounts missing. The CALM scent is phenomenal. I gave this once as a gift and is now expected at all occasions to replenish the supply. Well worth it as I have yet to find anything that matches the smell and quality.
