The product is as advertised that is a U shaped rug that fits around the bottom of the toilet bowl. If the U were a bit wider, maybe half an inch, it would fit my toilet bowl better. Still, it looks good and is soft. Just be aware that it's very thin. The material is soft, but you can feel the floor under the rug. I washed the rug after receiving it, and there were no problems with the washing. I let it air dry. Washing it removed the creases the rug had. The rug was tightly folded up in a cylinder shaped when it was shipped and delivered and had creases it, but once it was washed the creases came out.
