Just got it as it came recommended by a chef. The taste is very thick and strong if young olive I would assume. For cooking it’s great but as a dressing not so much. Atleast not for me next time I’ll try the aged/mature olive but hey it’s healthy!

Update 9/17/24 - I finally contacted the producer of this EVOO directly. He was extremely apologetic and helpful. For this reason, I am changing my review from 1 star to 3. Good customer service makes a massive difference! Update: The seller contacted me via an Amazon message and offered a refund which I accepted. The seller never delivered on that offer. Original review: I'm very disappointed in this olive oil. I wanted a good Turkish EVOO but this isn't it. It has zero fragrance and almost no taste at all. Also, as others have said, it's not organic...or at least the bottle shows no organic certification. ... show more
