I researched for some time for a set of quality, affordable and comfortable bar seats that would meet my hubby's needs. I read reviews that pertain to certain points because my hubby has fake hips, and brain tumor, and I need to find products that allow him to sit comfortably. The Pros: shipping and package was on point, neat, and easy for me to handle by myself, readable and easy to follow instructions with pics that allow a person to follow if reading is a issue, product was as described when assembly was done. Cons: this isn't a con against product but I hope future customers can gain insight with my issues. Please consider the amount of weight the bar stools can hold and the body structure of those that will be sitting in them. I am 135lb, hubby is 215lbs with hip issues and balance issues. Hubby is not a strong slim 215lbs, he is heavy up top 215lbs. I feel the base being only 15" and very light, is what makes this bar stools unsuitable for the likes of my hubby. If you don't plan to move around or grab something off the bar, it is ok, but defeats the purpose of sitting comfortable at our bar. It is easily unbalanced for my hubby's weight with only little movement on his part. It is a comfortable bar stool, but not heavy or steady enough for my hubby's weight of 215. ... show more

I would give 5 stars but I had issues with assembly with one seat cushion. The Screw holes did not aligned to fit properly. The number listed to call for any concerns gave a constant busy signal. I did email and got a response, but had to send several pictures they wanted to validate my claim. Finally, they did send out a seat cushion that went together perfectly.
