I absolutely love this outdoor furniture set. It was very easy to put together. Everything was packaged very well for shipping so that nothing could get damaged. It is very sturdy and strong and good quality fabric on the cushions. I would recommend this to anyone, although I’m not sure that it’s still available. I assembled this couch and 4 swivel chairs in a couple of days. It was not the easiest task due to the positioning of the holes in two items being attached to one another. I lacked the hand strength to complete the final assembly of the couch, so my son-in-law helped me. However, this furniture is exactly what my husband and I needed for our porch.     • The furniture is great--the customer service is TERRIBLE
EDIT: It’s been just over 2 months, and we’ve finally reached an agreement. I’m not entirely happy because I’m the only option to dispose of the unusable sides is the landfill. Their suggestion was to donate the unusable pieces, but that seems unfair to the charity that would then have to dispose of the unusable pieces. PLEASE do an inventory as soon as you receive yours, in case you find yourself in the same situation. By the way, the set is still beautiful and comfortable. We use it every non-rainy day. OP: We've been trying to remedy this for MONTHS now, and if they ever get it remedied, I'll edit my review to reflect their response. The outdoor furniture set is VERY comfortable and exactly what we were hoping for! It's easy to put together for 1-2 people. The trouble: 1) We didn't get all of the boxes at or near the same time, so putting this together and using it didn't happen in a timely manner. I think there were 3 deliveries in all to get the entire set. 2) We didn't get all of the pillows that go against the back, so I contacted the seller to request the rest of them. It's clear now that we had an open box, which is very irritating since I did not buy an open box. Their solution was to give me a refund of $100 to purchase the 4 missing pillows--that wouldn't match. Note: 4 additional 24 or 26" pillows cost WAY more than $100. Their second solution was to send me two boxes with the matching pillows. Sounds great, right?? Except they didn't mention that the 2 boxes not only contained the 4 missing pillows, but sides/arms to assemble 4 additional chairs. When I emailed them, they suggested that I might need the extra parts (and I might since now I'm convinced that we paid full price for the open box). However, we don't have the additional storage for those pieces, so my option is to PAY MORE MONEY to send them to the landfill. These are heavy, so that won't be cheap, plus it's adding to the landfill. And now, they're ghosting me instead of sending me return labels so they can get their extra parts back. I only want what I purchased. So, although the price is intriguing, the cost may not be. Proceed with caution. My next step is to reach out to Amazon to intervene and solve. ... show more

Love the outdoor set. Quality was better then my husband and I expected. Would definitely recommend. This set is one of the only ones I found with 5.5 inch thick cushions.
