I love these. I got two, one for me and my husband and one for our kids, so far everyone is breathing easier and they seem to be working very well for our small bedrooms. One is louder than the other, but they work great so far! However. My only complaint is that one of them came clearly refurbished, and that isn’t what I paid for. While I don’t have a problem with refurbished, it’s the principal, since I was under the impression I was getting two new* machines. One came fully taped, and ready to be set up, whilst the other came in…less than satisfactory condition. It wasn’t taped, the bottom of it was in the bottom of the box and the cord was untied, just chillin and when I took it out of the box the filter fell out lol. The box was also so mangled I was surprised they even made it here without popping out. Though, that may not be amazon or the original sellers fault. When adding the Aroma therapy oils that's supposed to send fragrance throughout the room doesn't work. The oil is placed on a piece of foam the size of a nickle and just dries up when unit is activated.
