I’m new to pickle ball so I didn’t want to spend a lot of money on paddles so these were a good option. Having 4 paddles is nice so the whole family can play together. Lightweight cheap beginner paddle set. OK for the $ paid. The paddles are standard bottom basement sandwich construction as you would expect, using a thin core and a standard fiberglass surface. They work well enough to get you started, with the bag and some cheap (too light) balls. The attention to detail is not there, the bottoms of the handles have stickers in the centers that are peeling away and warped. Not sure if other cheapo sets are similarly made without much quality control. Or maybe on the container ship from China they got too hot and the adhesive started peeling away. Anyways, this is an OK starter set among the ocean of similar ones on Amazon. Nothing special, you get what you pay for. Quality paddles that are way better than the wooden junk you find. Turned the person I gifted them into an instant pickleball fan. Comes with 2 indoor and outdoor balls which is great but can be a con foe those with only outdoor courts nearby.
