I’ve bought many shaker bottles because I end up cracking, losing, hating them. I’ve used this shaker for well over a year now and I’ve now added a second to the arsenal. It’s such a brilliant design. I’ve never had a problem not mixing any power I chuck into it. It takes seconds to mix and never leaves clumps. The design also makes it easier to grip. Cleaning is also very easy as you can just shake up some water and soap and clean the top. No more stupid metal ball mixer. Speaking of the top, it locks on tight and I’ve never had a leak from that either. It’s very heavy duty so don’t worry about dropping it either. This is the 2nd one I have purchased and it is best shaker bottle I have used. Works better than any with a wisk ball or something else to aid in stirring the mixture. Easier to clean also. Had an issue with the lid on this one and Helimix replaced the whole bottle without any problem. Easiest company to deal with by far. Update: I want to start off this review by telling Dody at Helimix how much I appreciate their promptness and the level of service that they provided. I contacted Helimix Support via their website and got quite possibly one of the fastest responses I have ever received from a company about anything. After sending my email in through their website at 7:07am they had responded to me (a real person not automated) by 7:23am with what information they needed to begin to process a replacement for me. I was blown away with how quickly they responded to me since it seems most companies have a standard 2 to 3 business day time frame on non-automated support. I sent in the requested information and they replied same day that they would get it shipped out that week. I can't overstate how amazed I was to contact support, get a reply and resolution all in the same day. That kind of customer service is hard to come by over email anymore. As promised they had my replacement shipped out 2 days from initial contact and I had it in my mailbox exactly 1 week after initial contact. Now that I got the amazing experience I had with their support out of the way, for the bottle itself. There was definitely an issue with my previous one because this one has been nice and watertight since receiving it. I've been using it for the past two weeks since getting it and have not had the same issue. Bottle is great at getting everything nice and mixed. I love being able to get the same if not better performance as other bottle brands without extra parts to achieve the results. They've got me hooked and I will definitely be recommending their product to others. (Original Review retained for completeness) I dunno if mine just doesn't sit right but it's not leak-proof. It's not a horrible leak but the whenever I'm shaking up anything inside it I will get splashed with little bits of liquid. There isn't any type of rubber gasket between the lid and cup so I'm not sure if this is why it leaks ever so slightly. None the less it's no fun getting sprayed by my drink when trying to mix it and it really sucks because otherwise the bottle is perfect. You ever love the feeling of getting something that does it's job extremely well? Then this bottle will give you that feeling. I had wanted to try one out for awhile and when my old bottle finally cracked, it was finally time to buy. It's such a simple idea and yet it works to perfection. The protein powder and milk I used, which are not the highest quality, blended incredibly well. This puts my older blender ball style mixing bottles to shame. I will be purchasing another one. The product seems to be made of high quality plastic, so hopefully it will hold up for many years. My only knock on this product is that I did pinch my finger underneath the plastic grip ring when opening the bottle with my other hand. ... show more
