I've tested a few of these products, this one has the best stretch to the bands! The bands are super stretchy! -Carabiners are good quality. They have good weight to them. They work great for the ankle straps because the clip part faces the outside all the time. So its pretty easy to clip on. -Nice Solid Handles. They don't squeak or make noise when you use them. -Nice padding on the door anchor -Good stitching, Pretty precise -Straps are nice durable material and shiny -Good ankle straps! Uses the old style velcro. Has nice padding. -The bag that comes with this is good. It has plenty of space so your not struggling trying to put everything back. Cons: -The carabiners are a little small which makes it more difficult to clip on (ankle straps don't count cause they work good). -Like the rest of these types of products, they are missing a carabiner on the door anchor. Reason you put a carabiner there is so you have a way to clip your cables onto the door anchor. Otherwise you would have to loop the rubber part through the door anchor, in which case that would effectively double the weight. Other Thoughts: -Like the rest of these types of products, the weights of these bands are grossly off. Because they are more stretchy, you can get more weight out of them than normal. This resistance band set claims to be premium & boy, is it ever. This is what premium resistance band sets should feel like. The tubes are thick & sturdy, metal carabiners for connectors, thick nylon webbing with heavy stitching for the handles. The resistance bands top out at 300 LBS, starting at 25 LBS on the low end, to 75 LBS on the upper end. The bands which connect to the carabiner have thick metal rings & the bands are made of thick rubber & feels extremely sturdy, which is unlike a set that I had bought which had cable ties which was used to secure the bands to the handle. Of course, this set comes with the requisite ankle straps & door handle & the nylon material used for both are well constructed. This set gives me a serious workout & more than enough resistance to keep you advancing for quite some time. This is like a steel tank, posing as rubber. THIS is one great set & definitely of premium build. HIGHLY Recommended...5 stars!!! ... show more

These resistance bands are excellent quality! The bands are stretchy and really do feel quite different when you size up. They are color coded going from lightest to darkest which is super convenient to find the right one at a glance. The clips are all strong, I have not had any trouble with any bending or warping. The handles are great! They are soft but still easy to grip without crushing them. I had tried resistance bands before, but they were not nearly as nice as these. This is a great option for those of us in apartments or smaller houses because they take up so little space! 5/5 stars. No complaints at all. ... show more

Has a terrific variety of resistance bands for pretty much every level of exercise you could really need. The heaviest band is by far more than I could do, but for those that are really strong I could see it being very easy to just combine bands.. not sure that would be necessary. These are heavier weight resistance and seem more durable than other similar bands I own. However, being a female, I think it’s dumb that these are named for “men”. Women lift too! Anywho, I would recommend them to ANYONE looking for quality resistance bands.

These are not wimpy cheap resistant bands! These are very well made and the bands themselves are thick with great resistance. All the nylon connecting parts are sewn well and it has good sturdy carabiners to hook everything into. You can go heavy with these with confidence that they're not going to snap or the ends pull out like some of the cheap bands. Very nice set of resistance bands especially for those who want to move more weight. I like that the clips seem to be a stronger build as well so I don't have to worry about them snapping in my face. Stronger build of handle too and of course a bag to hold the equipment.

I got these resistance bands as an early Christmas gift for my son, who's strong as an ox, but wanted some equipment so he could set up a small home gym. He asked specifically for resistance bands, and I chose these because they seemed heavier duty. Well, they are! My son is thrilled with them, because he recognizes that the heavier bands will give him a lot of benefit as he works out, unlike other, less demanding bands.
