I like this plastic "chicken fence" can be versatile, where you can round it and utilize it as a "fence" to keep small animals out, or put nails on the wall/yard fence and hang it there for plants or veggies to climb. It is plastic, so the benefits will be rust-proof, water-proof and lightweight as well. It is also flexible to bend. The edges are kind of sharp but it doesn't come with any "wrapping" for the edges. I would expect it should last for some time since it is plastic, but not sure how well it can handle under sunlight, so probably I will come back and update later. It would be fair to start with 4-star since overall the impression is pretty good. ... show more

I ordered the wire mesh for the climbing wall in my vegetable bed and the grape trellis, so that the plants can climb on the wire mesh. The width is 16 inch as introduced. The plastic material touches quite hard. It looks like that it can last a long time. It is not easy to cut, so I used my pruning scissor and found it useful. White color is OK. I am thinking maybe the green one is more suitable for my garden. ... show more

This stuff is tough! It’s very thick! I got it to put around the bottom of my chicken fence, so they’ll stop reaching through to peck their neighbors. It won’t keep a predator out that really wants to get in, but it’ll keep the chickens from sticking their heads through the fence. It’s easier to cut than a metal mesh, and it’s sturdier than other plastic fencing I’ve encountered. I’m pleased with it! I don’t know how long the plastic will hold up in our super hot sun. We’ll see over time. Also, it came with thin white zip ties to put it up with, which I don’t expect to last long in our sun, because the white ones break in a season here. I’d recommend using sun resistant ones or metal wire, if zip tie longevity is a concern for you. ... show more

-I got this to use across the bottom of my gate to my chickens, it is sturdy and seems like it will do well. -It came with some cheaply made zipties to use, which did ok, and then I staked it to the ground also. -This is a nice alternative to metal chicken wire because I don't have to worry about my kids stepping on it and smashing it down. ... show more

I got this to wrap around the bottom of a chicken pen that has wider gaps in the bars that chicks can walk right through. This does the job perfectly to prevent the chicks from slipping through the bars and into harms way. It is super easy to work with too and you don't get cut up like you do with metal wire. It's probably not predator proof if something wanted into the chick pen bad enough but that's not why I got it. I'm not sure how it will hold up in the sun all the time but I will update my review if it gets messed up real bad too quickly. ... show more

I love that this fence is stiff enough to be hung with zip ties or stapled to wood to provide some barrier without the haphazard look of some lighter weight metal and plastic fencing. I had planned to use this to make a clear line for pets and people to stay out of my raised beds until the seedlings grow big enough can take some jostling. However, this is sturdy/stiff enough and looks good enough that I am reassigning it as trellis for morning glories I grow to help provide strategic shade. I have a 10ft roll of the white.
