    • The handle broke the first day using it.
The welding on the handle pieces is subpar, it broke trying to go through light craft board. My dad welded it for me, so I didn't have to return it. He did a great job, and it works well now, but I can't recommend this product to anyone else as is.

I received this product today and as soon as it came out the box two of the legs were broken off and in the box in pieces. I was disappointed but still needed the product today and used it. Overall it works well for the price but the subpar packaging with the broken legs was a major let down.

Does not punch though the plastic covers. Machine jams even if doing one plastic sheet at a time. Can do regular paper but only like 3-5 sheets at a time.

El producto es muy bueno pero llegó incompleto y Amazon no tiene un boton de reclamos para pedir que envíen la pieza faltante. En este caso faltó un soporte de caucho de una de las patas. El producto debe tener 4 soportes de caucho pero llegaron 3.
