I bought this for my grandma with some hearing loss. She said it worked for her pretty well. Now she can hear most of the words people say instead of guessing before. She also mentioned that it is very easy to use and operate. The thing she likes the most is its lightweight, which makes her feel so comfortable. She feels no pain though she wears them a whole day. It is easy to be charged as well. Just need to put them back into the portable charge case.
