The size, the charging case having the ability to charge the hearing aids 3 times while traveling without plugging the case in, is very convenient. No batteries to exchange and two modes. The convenience of it all is great at a low cost.

A little fussy to setup correctly at first, but solved that by only wearing one aid at a time to accurately dial each ear in. Works much better compared to my previous aids for seniors. Better design and functions.

Did not fit my ear canals well. Very difficult to set volume and program. Left hearing aid started screeching after 10 minutes of wearing. This was NOT feedback. Customer service never responded to my calls so I returned for refund.

I do believe these are far more like hearing aids than an amplifier. I am familiar with far, far more expensive hearing aids that I grew to dislike greatly. These are very comfortable, do have excellent sound reduction capability and work well. My biggest issue is the adjustment to learning how to use them, i.e., making sure they are fully charged, in your ear correctly and that the sound is adjusted properly. After one week my confidence in them is growing, but I still have a more work to do to learn how to use them properly. ... show more

I ❤️ 'd everything about these HearingAids. The small fit., the very small silicone covers, & choice of many volumes. Even waxguards, which I've never heard of till these Vivitone ones. Tried 4+ different brands. And the coupon was very helpful.
