We were thrilled to find an affordable solution that was easy to use, volume adjustable, and rather stylish, but it didn't last. We bought them in January 2024 and they quit working in October 2024. The original listing we purchased from now says "no longer available" but this listing is for the exact same product with all the same images and the same company name. It says they have a 2 year warranty, but since the listing we purchased from is now defunct, I keep hitting a dead end trying to get replacements or any response at all.
