I bought these and a pair of hearing aids with sound tubes instead of tiny earphones at the end of fine wires, which these have. The other pair uses batteries, these are rechargeable and these were actually a little cheaper than the others. These worked well and recharged quickly. I kept the others and sent these back only because I preferred the sound quality of the others to these. My point being that you don't have to pay $thousands for adequate hearing aids and these did a good job of amplifying sound. The media could not be loaded. Took these on a flight and not only were they working on there, but I was able to hear conversations that were taking place feet away from me. The voices are completely clear with these hearing aids. Even when someone is about 6-8 feet away from me, I can clearly hear them as if they're standing right next to me. The case that these come with not only help hold the hearing aids to make sure they don't get damaged but charge them as well. I love that the case is really discrete and looks very much like an earbud case rather than a hearing aid case. I got this for mom. She had tried several ones before but she is much happier with this one. The good thing is that it’s rechargeable and you don’t need to be worried for buying batteries. That saved a lot of money.

I need hearing aids, but this is a nice alternative to use when u really need to hear things like at the doctors, etc. Really helps for to everyone wearing masks as well. I do use it to watch spring events with my son so that I can actually hear it and don't have to turn it up super loud. I usually use headphones when watching by myself. Easy operations as well. Hold to turn off or on, and tap to increase volume until it multi beeps, which is the max. More than a week's battery life. I don't wear them all day, but only in stretches of 4 or 5 hours. They are obviously more bulky than traditional BTE hearing aids, but I found them to be relatively comfortable. I'm not likely to lose these. I once lost one of my BTE hearing aids when removing a pullover jacket on a boat. That is much less likely to happen with these. So, for outdoor activities I much prefer these to my traditional hearing aids. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This is a nice hearing aid. My wife lost some hearing from going to too many concerts as a teenager. This fit well in her ear and she said it did amplify the sound around her well, but does take some getting used too. Overall she thought it was nice

Bought these for my husband. The sound quality was good. It didn't take much adjusting to the sounds being amplified such as human voice & background noises. After a couple of weeks the sound started to go in & out. We tried cleaning them, turning them on & off with the charger provided. We tried troubleshooting using the instructions provided.
