I bought these knowing I could return them if not satisfied. I am on day 5 and so far, I am delighted with them. Testing with one of the online tests showed severe hearing loss, especially in the higher frequency sounds. With these aids, that issue is resolved. I haven't been in a noisy environment yet, so I can't speak to the noise-canceling feature. Initially, there was some feedback when I spoke, but that is no longer noticeable. I'm using the small, closed domes, which are smaller than the domes from my old hearing aids. I also appreciate the support feature that keeps them in place. I'm only on volume 1, which is sufficient. I will update in a week or so after testing them in different environments. I went to a restaurant last night and switched to mode 2. Hearing was still quite clear, so I remain happy with them. I can cover my ears with my Bluetooth headphones without any feedback noise, possibly due to the closed domes. After a month, these are keepers. They are more silver than gold. I've yet to need a charge before plugging them in at night, and they can go two days without charging. ... show more

    • My own voice sounds so normal!
After trying 5 different hearing aids, this one was a clear winner! My own voice sounds normal, I completely forget that I have these on - for me, there was no period of adjustment. What I really love is that when you put them on, they are OFF, there is no squealing whatsoever -- after they are in place, a 3 second touch of the on button, and the world is completely different! I can now watch TV at volume level 25 instead of 45 or 50! I am hearing things I never heard before, yet I have had no stress of adjusting to wearing a hearing aid. My husband says I do not say "huh?" anymore, and my kids are thrilled! Very impressed with these! ... show more

I will start out saying I heard things I couldn't before, but.... everything sounded tinnie and robotic like. Voices were not clear just louder. And there was a constant humming roaring sound like I had a fan blowing against the side of my head without anything in the room on. It ended up giving me a headache. My husband had Lexie hearing aids. They stopped working so we purchased these so that he could hear while waiting on the warranty repair. Wow, he said he hears much better out of these less expensive ones than the Lexie ones. These we are keeping!!! We highly recommend them as thet come with a 2 year warranty and wireless charger!
