Love that these hearing aids come in a compact magnetic charging case ~ the case snaps tightly shut and magnets keep the earbuds in place so everything should stay nice and clean! The buds are not at all bulky, yet feel snug/secure in my ears. Tapping between modes is discreet and simple. I can even use bluetooth to connect to my iPhone to make calls, listen to music or watch videos. The integration between earbuds and phone is great. For instance tapping the earbud can pause a YouTube video and a slightly longer press can quickly activate Siri! The sound quality of these hearing aids is impressive and I appreciate the heavy noise filtration in “outdoor mode.” I can focus more on sounds close to me which are amplified just enough to make conversations more enjoyable and less straining. One of my favorite features of these hearing aids is that I can use them to take a call and my peers have mentioned my voice is very clear on their end. They sound like your in a tunnel, the feed back is unusual, no channel adjustments, not 16 channels as advertised.

The media could not be loaded. This is a very well made product with lot of features for a given price.. Pros -- Build quailty ia sturdy ( feels expensive and well made not like cheap plastic), Good passthrough voice amplication, Great bluetooth connectivity (good for quick connect to smart tv/ dongle/ phones - with multi function : call/ music etc), Battery holds up quite well and last but not least USB C charging... Cons -- had for short while, doesnt appear to be much but case is bigger compared to cheaper ones obviously due to good build and battery case.. got for it... ... show more

They work well and connect to Bluetooth. Super grateful these are so accessible vs custom hearing aids. They wear more like earbuds than hearing aids but for something off the shelf, they are good!

I have been impressed with these hearing aids. They do a good job boosting sound around you without blocking things out. It was easy to get connected with my phone's bluetooth. The sound quality is decent and the fit in the ear seems to sit nicely. It's also easy to use just one at a time

Like the idea of the functionality description. Dislike that the actual product didn't perform the way described. Very hard to determine what mode you are in or when you setting volume levels or modes. Plus units were way too big for my ears. Kept popping out. And then there were pieces in accessories that I don't know what they were for. The Ear cups were not very small. Lastly the instruction book is a joke. I am a senior that is still working and reading the booklet required a magnification and it wasn't very clear. Overall not a fan of these. Will be returning them. ... show more

I just bought this and planned to give it to my senior family member as a gift. I tried it by myself, it looks solid and it is comfortable when I wear, setup steps are also very straightforward and all features are easy to use. I will share more after I have feedback.
