This is the third set of hearing aids that I bought for my mother in-law and these Flaygo aids were the only ones that made her smile. The ear pieces fit her comfortably and the default setting out of the charging case allows her to hear everything without the need for her to adjust different settings. Also are the only brand that she does not fight us to have her wear them. The charging case is great. Shows the remain battery life of the case for on the go charging and when you should plug into the wall to recharge. The magnetic closing of the case top and also how to seat the ear pieces in the charging case make it extremely simple for her to charge the devices. My husband bought these and unfortunately they were utterly useless. The noise was non stop and drove us both nuts. They were returned. Don't buy and remember, you get what you pay for and these are a con.
