    • Mitakis “Muama” - For serious hearing loss - these are SMART & amazing! Gave me back my life….
Severe hearing loss in one ear (95% loss) and only hearing drum deep in ear. I tried regular hearing aids - which made me feel handicapped and they did not amplify enough. BEST VALUE to gain freedom, independence and enjoy life! These do amplify! and you can walk from outside to indoors - just tap it - it will automatically switch to your phone/ipad, when you engage with it - pickup when your phone rings!..back to room or outdoor - where you are. They are intuitive and just work! Different plugs to adjust size - they double as bluetooth sound device (work as well as my BOSE)… These gave me the ability to go shopping and respond even in “too many noises” environment. I could not walk in public areas - now I hear cars, I hear people walking/running/breathing around me - before it was silent and I felt unsafe alone. I hear the wind, the birds, people taking…..A sound outdoors or in my house would take days to find, usually asking a visitor “what sound is it? Harder to set up, expensive, and the buds would not stay in my ears. I have small ears. They also looked giant when I did get them in

    • Too loud for my needs
I really wanted to like this product. Was recently diagnosed with mild hearing loss and wanted to try an OTC solution before investing thousands in prescription hearing aids. My preference was an inside the ear design, as I wear glasses and had concerns about conflict with the external type. Despite the claim that these have two “modes”, they just made everything really loud- too loud. Just walking across the room resulted in a loud whoosh whoosh whoosh from my stockinged feet. To make matters worse, nowhere in the minimalist instructions did it say how to adjust the volume (two taps), I had to come back here to the product description to find out. Even at the lowest volume setting, everything was really loud. The Bluetooth capability and ability to use in a multi function mode made things overly complicated. When paired with my IPhone, tapping three times to change the listening mode sometimes caused them to go into headphone mode and start the music player. You can turn off Bluetooth, however then the devices will keep saying “pairing” in an attempt to connect. The overall quality seems good, the case with built in charging was well made and reminiscent of something more expensive. Despite the claims that these are truly hearing aids, to me they seemed to be only amplifiers which is what you’d expect at this price point. Finally, shortly after purchasing I received an offer from the seller for an Amazon gift card in exchange for a five star review, so caveat emptor. ... show more

    • Highly Disappointed
Already Tried two pairs of hearing aids from this seller in the first week of arrival but both sets had defects !! - nothing but Big hassles and waste much time ! In the first pair, both pieces had charging problems - after overnight charging, the lights of both pieces stayed blue instead turned green. Worse yet, the amplification of the left piece were constantly going on and off, being affected by the loudness of the surrounding noise !! Wrote to the seller's website for help but never received a response from the seller. Wonder if they do have a customer service?? We then contacted the Amazon Customer service and promptly received a second set to try. However, the left piece in the second set was a dead piece, never had any light or sound, even after overnight changing. We have no choice but to return both sets. Highly disappointed. ... show more

I bought these for my father, who is hard of hearing. We have gone through quite a few ‘aids’ but these stand out so far. They seem to adjust to the volume of the surroundings unlike other amplifiers that just make everything louder. The best feature though is that they automatically turn off when put in the charger case. That alone makes it worth grabbing a second pair.     • Wishing they worked as others claim - Hoping Mfg. sends me diresctions to make work
I just received these today and charged the. They fit well. But - they squelch terribly with no syncronization between units. Can not get the volume to be low so it does not over power hearing. At high it sounds like an echo chamber. This seems the noise cancelation is not working. I can get them to shut off by holding the button for a few seconds. When I tuen them on they are very load and uncomfortable to wear. How does one control squelching and high volume? I would like the the manufacturer would send detailed instructions to make these work. Otherwise I will have to return. them. I had high hopes for these. ... show more

    • Don’t work and impossible to get a refund
I really wanted to like these hearing aids. Read all the reviews and watched videos on adjusting sound and fit but still had chatter interference at all settings. Also the fit in the ear is very uncomfortable. I started the return process for refund on the July 17th and it appears Amazon/UPS/the Seller are each blaming each other as responsible for refund. UPS told me that Amazon needs to file the lost/missing package claim per an agreement with UPS and Amazon. When I contact Amazon, they send my information to the Seller to resolve the refund issue. I just want my full refund. I did everything that Amazon requested to get a full refund. I have spent hours emailing UPS, Amazon and the Seller without getting a refund. ... show more
