I got this hearing aid for my mom and it has been super simple to use for her. This hearing aid is rechargeable so there is no need for her to keep buying new batteries as she can simply re-charge the hearing aid when it gets low on battery and continue using it. She usually charges it at night time so she can use it throughout the day without interruption. These look just like regular bluetooth earbuds so others can't tell when the hearing aid is in use. The hearing aid case holds extra power to charge the earbuds when they run low on battery without needing to be near a power outlet. These hearing aids are awesome! The sound is clear, and the noise-canceling helps a lot. My dad has hearing problems for almost 10 years. He always hesitated to talk since he was afraid not able to hearing what another person said. I gave him this gift to try. He finds them super easy to use—just take them out of the case, and they work. They charge fast and last all day, They’re also light and comfortable, so he can wear them all day without any problems. My dad likes that they look like normal headphones, which makes him feel more confident wearing them. Adjusting the volume takes a little practice, but once you get it, it’s easy. This is the best hearing aids I've ever gotten for my grandfather so far. Compared with previous ones, this one has much smaller size, therefore less burden for the ear and more invisible. It's super lightweight. This hearing aids is more like AirPods as it doesn't come with a heavy attachment. It's put in a charging case. So it's in charging whenever it's not used. The full battery case can charge the ear plugs several times, which is enough for a keeping the battery in a healthy status for the entire day. The sound is pretty clear.
