They are light, easy to change volume and don’t sound like you’re listening in a tunnel. I did have to change to the large domes. I’ve been wearing them in all conditions, tv, car, among people, people with background noise, and playing golf. No problems and they aren’t noticeable.

Sensley is a quality product with great features. The size is extremely small and light weight with easy to control volume tapping feature, which is much easier than messing with turning a little button. Customer service is responsive and answered and resolved my Issue quickly

My husband and I purchased a pair of UO2 hearing aids a while ago and were actually shocked with how well they worked for the money so we decided to get this pair the UO3 because I liked the difference in the color and being able to distinguish the red right one and the left blue one easier and also the fact they are almost invisible even if you have short hair. My husband and I have used both sets and this UO3 set is an improvement over the UO2 and definitely worth the money and then some. We had a problem with the UO2 set and contacted their customer service and they immediately got back to me and sent me a replacement for the bad one and have been most pleasant to deal with. The Autiphon UO3 is our choice for sure and we feel it will help. My husband is hearing things he had completely forgotten existed and can hear me now when I am in the other room and the TV is now at a reasonable level. ... show more

    • Great for the money
My 1st pair did not work, but the companies customer support quickly replaced them. They work great for the price. Occasionally, you hear the mechanical amplification, but for 140 bucks they are wonderful!!
