the hearing aid clips were supposed to come with a variety of silicone rings for different size hearing aids, but only 1 size already on the clips came. They are too big and don't hold the hearing aid securely so they're no good. I bought 2 sets thinking I'd have an extra set, so now I'm screwed. There's no return slip in the shipping from Amazon either. So DON'T ANYONE ELSE BUY THIS OBVIOUS RIP OFF. 1) The provided loop (only one not 3) that hold the hearing aid adds just enough circumference that it no longer fits behind the ear. 2) The loop is too big. It slips off the aid when stressed. 3) The clamp doesn't clamp. It provides just enough weight to pull the aid off and out of the ear. 4) Packaging. The large box is appreciated. It would help to have a way to open it. 5) Packaging. The plastic box housing the lanyard, etc., required a pair of pliers and a screw driver to get it open. ... show more

    • Prevents loss
My hearing aids always have problems when I put on or take off glasses or a mask. Usually it is just that the piece that sits behind my ear gets dislodged but the part in my ear stays there. But sometimes the whole hearing aid comes off. I lost one the other day that way without realizing it, but it was found and returned to me. Falling out like that it could easily have been permanently lost or stepped on and destroyed. These are very uncomfortable due to the lobster claw clip !The lop is much to big for my hearing aids.

I don't want a refund but I do want to stop further shipments which I would becharged. I couldn't get the item to work, but I no longer want to mess with it I just don't want to be chared for further shipments on the order. I will eat the the 1st shipemnt which I couldn't get to work. It is just to much effort to go throuth everythilng I need to do to get a refund on the 1st shipment. After receiving the 1st shipment I could see I would not be satified with continue hsipments. I bought this thinking it would help me while wearing my masks because my hearing sides keep falling out when I ran off e mask. The clip that is supposed to attach to clothing does not move and cannot be attached to clothing. Poor quality anymore worth money spent. Going to return it Again

The clip on the lanyard is plastic and also the type that you need stronger fingers and dexterity to pull up a tab to open the “mouth”. Slide the mouth onto the shirt material, then press down the tab to lock the mouth onto the material. Seniors may have a hard time with this, especially with arthritis.
