I bought the item marked 4tierX2 (cause I wanted 2 and it was less expensive, should have known), but when I got the box, there was only 1 inside. Turns out they are mis-labeled on the site and the 4tier is actually 2 of them. So, I ordered the 4tier and will wait for it to come and return one of the 2 that I get. I use this shelf for my outdoor craft fairs, where I display handmade bags. I did notice that one of the shelves does not lay totally flat when opened, and I think that's a manufacturing flaw. These are great for craft markets! I use these now instead of using the heavy, hard to handle 6 foot tables. These are lighter, easier to transport, and take up less space in my tent. I bought this cart to do several jobs: sort clean/folded laundry and cleaning my house. I purchased inexpensive 12x12 foldable fabric totes that fit perfectly on 2 shelves below while I fold on top of the shelving unit and then place the folded clothing in the appropriate family member's tote (my laundry is in the garage so now I can fold in the house) and can wheel it easily around the house. The tote can then be left in each bedroom room for unloading. For cleaning, I use the same totes to place items that need to be returned to the appropriate room for unloading so I'm not running everything all over the house. Based on the specs and other reviews, I purchased two of these for books to move around a room. They're great. They arrived well packaged with cushioning and no damage in a separate box for each one. Take out of the box, folded, screw on the wheels and unfold and latch to lock. Can't get any easier than that. Lightweight enough for one person to move around with or without the wheels.
