I just received my second bottle. The first did nothing for me but I thought I'd try it again. This bottle included an instruction sheet of how many to take, when to take, etc. This is very important and maybe others are having no results because the didn't receive the instruction sheet. So, for Living Well Nutraceuticals, make sure Amazon is including this with the package. Glad I'm giving it another chance and now that I know how I'm supposed to be taking it, maybe it will work. It takes time to work more like 15 days, and the ingredients is good, but is very low compare to other brands, plus very expensive to other brands that do more.

Tried this product and found it did work, however, price is a scam. Yes, first bottle is free with $10 shipping and it takes a full week to arrive. You can't cancel without getting the next bottle at a higher price than they showed . I saw what the main ingredient was and went to Amazon and found basically the same thing at a third the price and 3 times as many pills. Proteolytic enzymes is what I got and working just the same as heal and soothe. Don't waste your money.. ... show more

I originally bought this stuff after being roped in by a convincing internet ad. Fortunately, I canceled any future orders because I just didn't believe it helped my aching knees at all. When I discovered I could buy the same stuff from Amazon, I decided to give it another shot. I followed the original instructions that came with the first bottle and eventually was taking as many as 5 in the morning and 5 at night. 90 capsules doesn't last very long at that rate, nor do I enjoy swallowing that many capsules. After 2 bottles I have to conclude that it doesn't do a thing for me. I have the same level of pain in my knees. The discouraging thing is, I really wanted this product to work, as I'm not at all looking forward to knee replacements. ... show more

I signed up for the "free" bottle ($9.95 shipping and handling) from the manufacturer - which automatically enrolls you in their auto-ship subscription service. I also ordered a bottle here. I finished the first, about 3/4 through the second, and received my third as part of my subscription. There has been no improvement in my low back pain. In fact I've had a few really bad days since I've been taking them - not implying they caused it, just that they haven't done anything to make it better. I have also experienced heartburn and extreme gastrointestinal cramping after taking the pills. Others have mentioned to take them with plenty of water and don't lie down afterwards, at least for 30-45 minutes. I've found that I still get the heartburn even if I don't lie down. The pills are very expensive, especially given the number you are instructed to take daily. And, while this doesn't apply directly to Amazon purchases, I will say that the company and marketing seems very 'scammy'. If you sign up for a subscription, you will be bombarded by marketing emails full of up-sells and "but wait, there's more" offers. Completely diminishes any credibility you might have thought the company had. Ugh! I gave it 2 stars because apparently it does help some people who can tolerate the side effects and over the top marketing. The only way these could possibly help my back pain is by making my wallet lighter. Very disappointed. Yet another pain relief dead-end. EDIT: I canceled my subscription, and initially thought I'd be stuck with the unused pills. But after contacting the company and telling them about my experience and the side effects I had, they gave me a refund on the 3rd auto-shipped bottle. ... show more
