This item is so effective. I take it before a meal and it really helps reduce bloating and digestive issues. This is one of the few items that has worked for me. Like that it has probiotics and enzymes too. Highly recommend.

    • Where do I begin..
I fully understand that everyone will have a different experience with these but mine was absolutely terrible. I took the capsules around 3pm with my lunch as directed and went about my day as usual and felt nothing. I go to bed and 3am rolls around and I wake up with the worst stomach cramps I've ever had. I try to go back to sleep but they are unbearable at that time. When I get out of bed at 6am I feel SUPER nauseous like I have the stomach flu and immediately run to the bathroom and it's coming out of me like water, along with severe cramps and nausea. This has lasted ALL DAY and I have not been able to eat and feel very dehydrated no matter how much water I drink. It came out of me (both ends) all day so much so that it was just stomach acid. I'm prefacing this review by saying I'm notoriously bad at taking pills when I'm supposed to. But that being said, I'm pretty sure this one is working! The bottle says to take before or with food, and I personally have found taking it before works much better. I haven't figured out the exact amount of time before a meal, but I've been trying to take these before lunch and dinner, typically my biggest meals of the day, and I have noticed when I take them appropriately they do make me feel much less bloated. I have tried various probiotics, fiber supplements, etc etc over the years. I have never been "regular" my entire life. Everything I took to help either didn't work or worked "too well" if you get my meaning. Bloating, cramping, rushed trips to the bathroom... I was over it. I honestly didn’t believe the hype but i’m so grateful that i just caved in and tried them. i’ve struggled with bloating ever since i had my first baby and my digestive system has been messed up ever since postpartum. i started taking these a few weeks ago, following the instructions on the bottle and honestly i’ve noticed such a big difference in my stomach size recently. i feel so good after eating now, no more pain or discomfort. Easy to swallow with no flavor, price a little on the high side, it did help me somewhat with digestion, but did not help me at all with bloating, just seem to make it worse!
