    • Where do I begin..
I fully understand that everyone will have a different experience with these but mine was absolutely terrible. I took the capsules around 3pm with my lunch as directed and went about my day as usual and felt nothing. I go to bed and 3am rolls around and I wake up with the worst stomach cramps I've ever had. I try to go back to sleep but they are unbearable at that time. When I get out of bed at 6am I feel SUPER nauseous like I have the stomach flu and immediately run to the bathroom and it's coming out of me like water, along with severe cramps and nausea. This has lasted ALL DAY and I have not been able to eat and feel very dehydrated no matter how much water I drink. It came out of me (both ends) all day so much so that it was just stomach acid. Along with a really bad migraine all day. Just use caution cause I literally thought I was going to die 😅 NEVER AGAIN! ... show more

I have tried various probiotics, fiber supplements, etc etc over the years. I have never been "regular" my entire life. Everything I took to help either didn't work or worked "too well" if you get my meaning. Bloating, cramping, rushed trips to the bathroom... I was over it. I was skeptical trying a "celebrity" supplement at first but for the price I figured it was worth a try. IT WORKS. I am no longer bloated. I am regular in the healthiest way I've been in Years and most importantly, I feel good. This is definitely a product I will continue to use and tell everyone about. I’m someone that is has a very sensitive stomach when it comes to vitamins, antibiotics, and other things that can be very strong. I took this and felt fine all day about 10 minutes later I felt sick. I’ve been looking for something like this but it’s just not for me.
