I have such a problem with bloating throughout the day and while I’ve been working at losing a few inches, I’d started measuring my waist daily. I was so discouraged the night I bought this when my morning waist was 29” and my evening waist had gone up to 31”! . I don’t know what’s wrong with my body haha but this was the final straw- I didn’t think the issue here could be exercise- something was going on with how I process food. By the end of every day my pants are always so incredibly uncomfortable- though they had felt fine when in put them on that morning. Anyway, I was in near tears that night and found this product on Amazon and bought it on a whim. It’s seriously amazing. I take it for lunch and dinner and let me tell you, I can’t believe that bloating from meals was really my main issue. Not only am I very close to the same waist measurement at night as in the morning now but I FEEL so so much better. I used to only be able to eat half portions during meals because I’d feel SO full and now I feel like I can comfortably finish my food- or at least eat more than normal AND not worry about it increasing my waist to the point of unbuttoning my jeans 😅. Some people have comments about their bowels changing (mostly they seem to be glad to be more regular) I haven’t noticed and change at all for myself. These seemed to work immediately with no downside. Lightness, no belly pressure, easy bathroom trips. I would sprinkle them into a small amount of juice twice a day. Then they didn’t so much and I started just doing two at breakfast and they worked again. Then they didn’t and so I would add a third. And now it just seems like the magic is gone. They worked really well for about a month, I’d say. I’m not sure if something else that I was also doing was necessary or was really doing the heavy lifting, like drinking a gallon of water a day (maybe the winner) or eating a solid amount of greens (probably not). I have been waiting to write this review because I read every single one here before making my purchase and was excited to give this a try. This may be a little lengthy but my god honest results. I have been taking these twice a day, daily for almost 3 weeks now. The first week I went 4 days without a bowl movement and wasn’t sure what was going on. I heard my stomach rumbling like something was happening in there but no poop. Finally I went on day 5 and thought since I hadn’t gone in a few days that I would for sure have diarrhea but that wasn’t the case. I use the bathroom once a day versus multiple times a day as some say they do after using this supplement. The taste is light and not horrible, to me I taste the mint after swallowing but noticed the further back on my tongue I place it before swallowing, I taste nothing. After taking the pills my stomach literally starts rumbling/growling like I’m starving or something, so it’s definitely causing some type of action in there. I burp more than ever before so if I’m going on date night with the man I skip the dose before the meal and just take it after to avoid loud embarrassing belches in the middle of dinner out in public. These supplements do make me gassy but nothing crazy. As far as weight loss (this isn’t a weight loss supplement) I haven’t noticed losing any inches around my belly but I do notice I don’t FEEL as bloated as I did before taking these supplements so I guess that’s a good thing. Long story short I haven’t noticed or feel any drastic changes but I guess it does do something. Will I repurchase? Probably not ... show more

These are easy to swallow and a small size which is nice. I am not 100% positive that it cut down on gut inflammation but I do think that it helps regular digestion. It cant at all to try to cleanse the gut. Im overall happy with the product and have zero complaints.
