    • Well worth it!
I was dead set on getting new headlights for my truck as the stock lights were basicly worthless. I looked for months and really wanted to get some projection lights, halos or something along that effect. However, my hubby was insistant that I get these. I was a bit disappointed, but I guess in the long run, have any lights would be better than having none. I hated driving at night, because I simply could not see at all. Even with my brights on. It didnt take long for him to install these new lights. They came with new bulbs and looked great on the truck. About a week later on a small road trip out of town and through the mountains I was actually able to give them their first testing to see how well they worked. For the most part, honestly, I really didn't need to use the brights. The dims were super bright and lit up the entire road! Although when the brights were on, I was able to see quite a ways down the road and clearly see each sides of the road. Which is very important when driving through the mountains, you have to watch for deer always!. These lights work great, and are wonderful! For the price, look and quality they are well worth it! ... show more

    • Really happy with these, for the price. But alignment is key
For the price, these are functionally amazing, once they are aligned*. The pattern they through is very complete on low beam, but mind you this is in my work truck which only goes about 60mph at night. But as I said, the pattern is full from beyond the left road edge to beyond the right edge, with no dim spots in between. Hi beam pattern is about the same, but it really does loose light on the road near you that the low beam covers well. I rarely use the hi beam. But for slower going, like dirt roads and many other places I have to go after dark, these replacement headlights do a wonderful job of producing a very complete light field. I also added brand new Sylvania Silverlight bulbs (just the basic $25 for a two pack from my local O'Reillys) Do NOT use really expensive or exotic bulbs. The all plastic reflectors and lens will only cause glare. Just use quality bulbs they are designed for, OEM type. And ALWAYS use or replace headlight bulbs together, in pairs. I also put in brand new side marker bulbs. (This set of headlights did NOT come with any bulbs) *Alignment is key to any headlight performance. (poor alignment of really good headlights can make them functionally junk, and very good alignment of average headlights can make them fairly functional. NOTE: Nothing will make really poor headlights any good). But getting these aligned at first is tricky, because one of the alignment adjusters is NOT accessible once installed. And getting these back out of the truck (a '99 RAM 3500 in my case) is pretty hard, because these use a metal harpoon pin that really grips once "in". The OEM Wagner lights use a plastic harpoon that comes out fairly easy once you know where to pry. SO, here is what I did. Knowing my OEM lights were adjusted really well, I measured, to the 1/2 mm and preset the new ones. Then the adjustments that were available once installed in t e truck was enough to get these new headlight fixtures adjusted nearly perfect. (I did run out of adjustment on the passenger side, but getting the fixture out would be way too hard, and/or I'd damage the harpoon holder, so I'll live with it. .UPDATE 2/11/2019: Its been a few years now and these replacement lights are still working without alignment issues or yellowing. (I did blow one lo beam bulb within the first month or two. My local O'Reilly's replaced it for free and both bulbs has worked ever since. And they get used a lot. The one thing I do have to report is; about a year ago the drivers side light got water in it and it doesn't seem to ever go away, not even in the 100+ degree days of dry SW desert summer. It doesnt appear to affect the light output or beam pattern. It just looks odd. I'm surprised it hasn't cause the bulb to burn out. I'm planning on painting this truck later this year, so I will probably replace these lights with better looking black background projector lights. I found some decent once here on Amazon for under $150. But in the mean time there are still doing the basic oem roll I got them for. ... show more

    • Buy them, you won't find them cheaper anywhere!
I've been beating my head against the wall for years deciding if I should buy new headlights for my old wood pickup. I found these on Amazon for FAR cheaper than I could find anywhere else. Installation was easy once I removed all the spray foam and tape that I was using to keep my old headlights in. In fact, taking the old ones out would have been far easier had I not done this. The new ones came with bulbs for headlights but not for the parking lights. Installation took about 30 minutes, over half of that was removing my old crappy ones. There is no instructions included but the add states this. A quick YouTube search and you can see what you need to. I'm still adjusting the beams after installation but I was in a small head-on accident years ago that left the front of my Dodge beat up. The idiot didn't have insurance and slid into me while I was stopped. None the less, I only had liability at the time due to college and other alcoholic habits that I had (not while driving!). So anyway, Yeah, I would definitely suggest buying these if you need new headlights. ... show more
