I use these often, from walking my trash to the road to working on cars and working under my house. I got my first one as a gift and took it fishing, I waded out and forgot it was in my pocket. These are not waterproof it never worked the same again. I don't use the handsfree mode but have tried it out and it works good. These last a reasonable amount of time on a single charge and longer on the low light settings. The lights are bright and the headband is comfortable and easy to adjust. Only thing I would change on it is a 5min warning flash when the battery is getting low. They are worth the money, but the glue holding the band/power cord in place is pealing on both of them, currently not causing any problems ... show more

These headbands work so well that we ordered a second set. The lamp bands are super bright and reliable, charge in minutes, and are very durable. We use them on the farm at night when there is no lighting available. We can see far, even driving the ATVs back home at night after chores are done.

Wow. I'm impressed. This headlamp is quite bright - especially in "flood" mode. There are two brightness levels for flood, and two brightness levels for the spotlight. The rechargeable nature of it is a great feature. It's is light and comfortable to wear. I think the only feature missing is a "red light" feature, that I use quite extensively during camping. This will be my new "go to" headlamp for working around the house at night. I can't speak to how long a charge lasts. Documentation says between 2 and 8 hours - depending on brightness selected, which is typical of these sized lights. ... show more
