take your time setting it up!! a little slow when you first turn it on first time!!! works like a Champ, has played ever disk I have put in it!!!! need to figure out how to get the volume control to work but it is a nice little player for my office!! great price and Free shipping!!!! love it!!!! The unit plays all discs and cd's with excellent quality and is really compact. The only problem I have had is that it won't connect with my basic TV controller so I have to turn it on and use all the features with the enclosed control. Not a problem but just another controller to keep on hand.

Spent some time getting this thing to play blue-ray. Kept coming up switch to HMDI. There are 3 ports in the back of the monitor. I kept using the first 2, till I found out the 3rd port in HMDI. Bingo, it works. The question is how long will it work? I got a problem with these sets coming and going. Although, I do have a dvd player that's over twenty years old and plays great. I have somewhat of a collection, and I'm tired of changing the format, it's staying here. Besides, it's not all that expensive. So we'll see. And for a disc player, it has enough buttons on the remote to launch something somewhere by accident. If you have small fingers for this, you're better off. But it works, and I'm happy.
